Daryn Stewart

Daryn is married to Paul’s daughter, Shauna. They have 2 children and have lived in Salmon Arm for 15 years. Daryn began appraising in Kelowna in 1998 and has been with Corrie Appraisals since 1999. Daryn attained his professional residential appraisal designation of CRA in 2006. On April 1, 2013, Daryn took over the ownership of Corrie Appraisals Ltd (Residential). Daryn is involved in minor sports in Salmon Arm volunteering with minor hockey, minor baseball, and Hockey Canada.

Amanda Corrie

Amanda is Paul's daughter and has been with the company since 2003 and has her CRA Residential designation. Appropriately, her hobbies are home and interior design.

Paul Corrie

The founder of Corrie Appraisals. He has been an Appraiser for 38 years: 8 years with the Assessment Authority in Kamloops; 8 years as an appraiser with a company in Vernon; 22 years as owner of Corrie Appraisals. Paul has lived in Salmon Arm for 30 years. As a true expert in the field of appraising real estate, he specializes in Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Multi-Family Residential appraisals; including Government jobs, litigation and expropriation and consulting as needed. Paul is an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI). Paul is now enjoying retirement in Victoria, BC.
